1. In a large bowl, stir together the hot melted vegan butter (or coconut oil) with the sugar. 2. Stir in the vanilla and soy milk (or other non-dairy milk.)

How to make a  Gluten Free Brownies

1. Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and stir until just combined. Do not over mix. 2. Fold in the chocolate chunks or chips.
