  1. I’m so excited to find a vegan gravy that actually tastes good!!!! I just made it (it’s super easy) and put it on mashed potatoes. WOW!!

  2. Oh goodness this was so good! I threw in a sprinkle of Trader Joe’s Umami Blend although it didn’t need it. Really terrific, thanks for the recipe.

  3. This was soooooooooo freaking good!!!!!  I made it w chicken bouillon instead of veggie (I’m not vegan) and no nooch bc we didn’t have any but it was so good on its own!!! Added a bit of rosemary which made it amazing but it totally doesn’t need it. 10/10 would recommend and it was so easy too! The flour made it a bit lumpy though. I would have strained it but didn’t have a strainer so I’d recommend that

  4. This was quick and easy! I did add salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to give it more flavor, but it would have been great on it’s own!

  5. Wow! So easy to make AND delicious. I will never buy store bought or packets again. I had to sub some ingredients with what I had on hand. I’m not vegan, so I did use Chicken Broth, but now I know I can make vegan gravy for my vegan friends. I also used regular mustard instead of dijon, and Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce. Thank you!

  6. What a find! We used this recipe during our Thanksliving last year after we severely underestimated how much gravy we needed, we had all the ingredients in our pantry and it was a hiiiiit! We blended it to make it extra smooth and worked perfectly!  You’re a lifesaver!!!!

    1. So good. I made vegan Swedish meatballs, and this tasted and smelles JUST like the non-vegan gravy my parents used to make as a kid. So easy, so tasty!!

  7. We ran out of gravy packets, so I uses this recipe. Already had all of the ingredients on hand (used imitation chicken bullion for the broth) and it was super simple to make. Best of all? Delicious!

  8. Now how was easy was this?!? And yummy!

Next time I’ll chop either green onions or shallots and pop them in.
    Thx!!

  9. Hands down best vegan gravy. Tried several recipes previously, this was not only the easiest by a mile but also tasted the best. Thank you!!

  10. This gravy recipe is so easy and very delicious!! I love that there is no oil in it. I’ll be making this gravy for all my vegan and non-vegan family members always now. They all loved it!!  Thank you!

  11. This recipe is AMAZING!! So simple and so tasty.  Easy to make and healthy!! Glad I came across this.

  12. I have an intolerence to onion. Can I leave the onion powder out or substitute it with anything else?

  13. I’ve tried a couple of your recipes and I love how easy they are AND they are delicious! This one included. Too good to to be true.
    Thank you! ??

  14. Do you think the nutritional yeast could be omitted? I don’t have any on hand unfortunately and I came across this recipe for a last minute gravy for tomorrow!

    1. I’m not sure, I’ve never heard of quinoa flour actually! But it might work if it can thicken sauces similar to regular flour.
