How to eat vegan on a budget (without sacrificing flavor)
Stick with big-batch, one-pot dishes made with cheap ingredients, like chili, soup, bolognese, curry, etc.
…And freeze the leftovers for later. They usually last for months and are a great way to save a few bucks.
