Tropical Green Smoothie with Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen preferred
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbs hemp seeds
  • 2-3 cups dark mixed greens (spinach, kale, chard)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, until very smooth. Serve immediately.
